People are collecting documents on the responses that the state of Maryland MVA interlock program gives out to people that are taking part in the program.

Two individuals names are of great interest. The names are Lisa Pietruzka and Shiely Grant. The two individuals play a major role in the state of Maryland's interlock program.

The interlock program prevents the car from starting if you have food in your mouth or have consumed alcohol. Many think the device is false technology that was put into use because it did a halfway good job.
