Susan Taylor, who is best known as the former editor of Essence Magazine and an activist, was spotted in the DMV. The DMV is DC, Maryland and Virginia and some parts of West VA and not the Department of Motor Vehicles. vTaylor was at Micheal Eric Dyson's book signing at Politics and Prose Book store in the District of Columbia. Taylor visit the DMV often and, you will see more pictures of her out and about. You can still see Taylor is looking well and still in fashion.
