Baltimore City at times seems to have an identity problem as one of its problems. The City goes from charm city, to city that reads and to Believe. Believe what?. The current belief is mismanagement. After Shelia Dixon escaped a hand in the cookie jar scandal, she finds her self in another one. This new problem is the mismanagement of child support operation. Although the stem of the problem my not be Ms Dixon administration, Streetroachpics.com investigation of the Child Support Administration will start from the image city aka Baltimore.
The first problem with child support is the call system or customer service and record keeping. There seems to be a break down in the system of Baltimore City of Child Support that is Managed by Baltimore City and the non elected Mayor. Streetroachpics.com has gather some information based on a non custody parent's experience with Policy Studies Inc and Baltimore City. This non custody parent called Baltimore City Child support to inquire about the status of Child's term in a court order. The non Custody parent has two children by the custody parent but the non custody parent has 2 separate court orders. This means to separate legal documents with different rules that apply. The great fiduciary City of Balitmore and Policy Studies Inc have combined the two and will not recognized them as separate. This is the first case of mismanagement and poor record keeping in the state of Maryland and Baltimore city.
If we look at Policy Studies , you will find the contractor whose role is not clear to date when it comes to the operations of Baltimore City of child support. If this is the first example of poor management in the current child support system operation, one has to wonder how can they keep track of money and what are the accounting practices. Are the accounting practices a lot of read tape or is the money being willing held for other reason to back fill budgets. Streetroachpics.com is presenting a long investigation around the daily operations of the Maryland State child support system.
