Britney Spears , who has in the past faced much drama in her personal life, gave back. Spears attended a hospital and talk to sick kids while in Miami according to People.com. Spears appears to be holding up just fine while on tour.
No one is asking question about medication but, at this point in time,no one cares. Spears fans and supporters just want the future to shine bright for the pop star.
