XXL over looks underground female rappers

XXL came out with their annual new cats in hip hop in their December's magazine. There are a few dudes that some may know and some people may not know. Although you may get to know them in 2009, you may only remember one or two of them by the end of 2009 or after 2009.
Year after year XXL magazine has not featured women in their freshman hip hop list. If double X L did , it was few and far between. XXL must be losing their street connections and just looking at their corporate connections. Most true hip hop fans that hit their underground spots see female rappers all the time.
Well, XXL magazine has to answer it's own problems but , the fans know the heart beat of the street and awaiting the new flavor of hip hop for 2009.
