Nancy Pelosi has started down the reform path. The first group to feel the bite of the Baltimore Shark are the churches or organization that will mobilize people regarding acts against Congress and spend more then 50,000 a month while spreading this message. If a church or non profit falls into this area, they must register as a grass root lobbyist. If a member of Congress has dealing with such a group, the member must log events and grass root lobbyist must provided a report to Congress. There are two sides to this new bill. The first side is it is a violation of freedom of religion and maybe speech. The second side is sponsorship of a law , vote or political person. If a church or group of churches backs a political figure with a message and, the church has a large mass communication network, the church or church body could have great influence on an outcome.
