If you recall in 2005, a Joseph Steffen spreading gossip about O'Malley extra martial affairs. O'Malley is the current governor of Maryland. Although Steffen never presented proof, it has come to the attention of Streetroachpics.com that Brenda Donald name was on the jump off list or the alleged jump off list. The fun part of this jump off list is that Brenda Donald is now the Secretary of Department of Human Services for the state of Maryland. Although Streetroachpics.com would like to clear up this matter and hear a different side to this story, Streetroachpics.com cannot because Donald's leadership does not responded to Gossip sites.
This may explain why O'Malley picked a person who is not qualified to run an large organization. He may be a victim of a woman that gives good brain.
