B.R. Burns is know as a poet but, he is now a writer and director of a new stage play. The title of the play is YOU CAN’T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS’ COVER! – “Everybody Has Potential”. The play opens on September 6, 2008 at the Morris Cullen Arts Center in Houston , TX. The stage play is suppose to answer the questions that CNN special Black in America left unanswered. Although some people felt CNN made the black male look bad in the special, this play may up lift them and help people gain a better understanding.
