Nancy Grace may have been a legal eagle but , to Melinda Duckett, Grace was the devil. The bases of the wrongful death lawsuit is that Grace pushed too hard when questioning Melinda Duckett about her missing toddler. Grace must have been in the zone to lead a person to suicide allegedly.
The Duckett family feels Grace accused her of not telling truth about her child and asked why she would not take a lie detector test. After the interview Melinda Duckett shot herself. The interview had not been aired and , the family was left under even more stress. The media hounded the Dockett family harder after the death of Melinda Duckett.
