A husband and wife hold a pistol and semiautomatic rifle as protesters walk past their house enroute to St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson's home during a protest march in St. Louis on Sunday, June 28, 2020. The man and woman greeted about 300 protesters, shouting as they broke down a gate in the neighborhood to march past their home. No shots were fired and the protesters moved on. This St Louis, Missouri couple were within their rights to show their firearms in the state of Missouri. This unknown couple in "the show me state" of Missouri did that with their firearms. One person had a hand gun and, the other had something that looked like a automatic weapon.

The couple showed the guns to the protestor that went to the Mayors house to protest.

What is the gun law in Missouri

Missouri has appallingly weak gun laws, earning an F in our Annual Gun Law Scorecard. Since 2017, the state has allowed people to carry concealed, loaded firearms in public without a background check or permit. In 2017, Missouri had the sixth-highest gun death rate in the country and exported crime guns at a higher rate than the national average. Missouri could save lives by investing in proven community violence intervention programs, requiring a background check and waiting period before every gun sale, and regulating undetectable and untraceable firearms (also known as ghost guns).

The gun to point or threaten with a weapon maybe a little different. At this point in time, the law did nothing to anyone.

If you want to be like John Wayne , Missouri would love to have you.
