Bow Wow the rapper/actor maybe losing his bark . He had a promotional tour that made a stop in the District of Columbia. It appears only 600 folk showed up at his concert. Although Bow Wow was the headliner, Ray J was there too.
All the ladies young or old love to knock boots with Ray J but, Ray J could not save Bow Wow. Ray J was put on the show at the last minute. The promotions for the show were not that good therefore, Bow Wow word of mouth reputation is not good anymore. The last time that Bow Wow saw a big crowd is doing a Chris Brown collaboration song. Chris Brown will call Bow Wow out like a hype man to rap the hook to the song.
