If you have been keeping up with the season four of Real Housewives of Potomac, you know that the ladies took a trip to the Cayman Islands. During the trip, Katie appeared to be sick all the time and one of the ladies asked was she prego.
While on the trip, Katie returned home. After a big blow up with Ashley Darby. At this point in time, the fight along with Katie's other problems could have caused her to not be a stable child bearing mother. source
