Obama scarred by absent father

Barack Obama has overcome many challenges in his life time and , they have been well documented. One of the major challenges in Obama's life could have been the absent father. Although Jesse Jackson talked about one of Obama's speeches, this may have been because Jackson may not have seen his love child that he father sometime ago. Jackson statements and Obama's past may not be related but , they both forget about the rights for the non custodial parents.
Political figures do not speak up for legal rights to help protect non custodial parents in today's world. For example, if the child support collection agency fails to collect correctly, the non custodial parent is left with no protection by law or has to settle on the balance even if they are wright. Most state by state child support laws are basically harvest laws. There is not one law in any states books that will fine a child support collection agency if the non custody parent proves that they have been collecting in error or, they have over collected. How would you feel if someone took your money by mistake and admitted the mistake but took no action to correct it? Billions of dollar are taken from non custody parents every year in error and no justice is served.
This could be a new challenge to Obama. He has made speeches with the following statements. “We need them to realize that what makes you a man is not the ability to have a child -- it's the courage to raise one. “ This statement is short sighted in many ways. The statement like the child support laws only represent on part and that part is collection. It does not look out for those fathers or mothers who pay they support and are in the child's life. One has to ask Obama one question. When is he going to speak on laws to protect the non custody parent and get over his past hurt.
