In one recent interview, Angie Ange interviewed Shelly Bell. Shelly Bell is well documented for obtaining money for women trying to start businesses. The name of Bell's venture capital group is Black Girl Ventures (BGV). In the video, Bell talks about the path to starting a business through her venture capital efforts.
Bell talks about her personal life and having various jobs but always being on section 8 while caring for 3 children. It was not until she started her first business that she was able to escape section 8 .
