Orlando Brown is associating VLAD TV aka DJ Vlad with "non-economic liberalism" or share cropping. Although Vlad TV has shown a history of targeting struggling African American artist to build his website, no other person has made the statements that Brown has.
Brown makes various statements about VLAD in the video interview at position 36:50. Brown implies that he and Vlad had an agreement about the revenue from the video and, VLAD has not honored the agreement.
Brown goes in further to state that VLAD is taking advantage of young black males and has never honored his deals with others.
