Baltimore City Mayor attacked like a prison inmate while at Mall event

Baltimore City is making attempts to heal the long salted wound that is felt by the majority of the city population. To show good face, the current city government administration and the other non profits have been hosting events to bring people out of fun and support.
During one of this cities events at the Mondawmin Festival which is at the Mondawmin Mall which is one of America's top malls for cash transactions, the current Mayor of Baltimore City, who is Stephanie Rawling-Blake, was attacked by some random woman. Although the Mayor was not hurt and continued with the activities at the event, the on lookers were shocked and speechless. source
Lacheisa Pailin-Sheffer is charged with second-degree assault after pouring what appeared to be water on Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake at Mondawmin Festival.
