Not sure if this hard times or just changing of technology, Ebony Magazine is selling its' photo archives for about 8 dollars a picture. The estimated collection is about 5 million photos.
It cost money to house those pictures. It cost money to maintain a preservation operation. Ebony may have come to a conclusion to digitize and sell. Linda Johnson Rice and child in photo.
