Roland Park is one of the city of Baltimore's historic communities. The area is well known for those that are knowledgeable about Baltimore and the state the of Maryland. For years, the Roland Park has a held the stigma of being an all White community with hidden attempts by the residents to keep various ethnic groups out but , no proof was every presented to back this theory.
