Private Plan One is the name of this plan that many mall managers don't talk about. This the plan to have a small private swat team to take out shooting threats inside of mall or entertainment venues.
If we focus on the Columbia Mall shooting in Columbia , MD, everyone knows. It is very hard to kill yourself with your own shotgun. This had lead people believe that mall swat team took Darion Marcus Aguilar out while he as on his alleged terrorist attack on the innocent people in Columbia Mall.
Many terrorist's attacks in the past picked place of public interest and innocent. The area of Columbia , MD is consider perfect land because of Columbia's history of planned community, diversity in community structure and income levels , low crime rate and inter racial harmony.
Although "Private Plan One" question will never come to the table, many mall managers have talked about this and may have the plan in operation todate.
