NYC mayor wants more minorities stopped and frisked OMG

Bloomberg the current Mayor of New York City is a big supporter of stop and frisk. There is just one problem with the new law or practice. This practice allows the police in the New York city area to stop and search any person male or female.
In the past, many minorities had problems with it but , now, the Mayor has a problem with it because too many White people are being stopped. Although Bloomberg made the statement, is it a smoke and mirror statement?
This article points out some facts inrelationship to stop and frisk .
