The Broadcasting industry may sound like fun and party time to the listener but to the people that work day to day, the broadcasting industry is a ruff and tumble life. There so much drama going on behind the scenes it will make you laugh , cry and say what the heck. Pay for popular radio host
Wendy Williams Volunteers speak out
Wendy Williams, who has labeled her self the Queen of Media, is best know for her interviews, loyal fan base and being a radio industry power house. Although Williams may have to adjust her show because of the personal people meter, she is still around in the entertainment world. Williams is not known as a slave driver.
Allegedly, some of Williams’ interns have been speaking out about the Queen of Media. Some of the comments made about Wendy Williams were not in her favor. The volunteers as they describe themselves because most feel Williams does not have a intern program. The intens have made claims that Williams does not know how to use a computer nor run a board. Williams uses her volunteers to gather information from the internet and talks about it on her show.
Although the interns or volunteers show up at the host station where Williams does her syndicated show, they feel the work that they are doing at the station will not provided them with any experience to help them survive in the media industry.
Walt Baby Love almost ended Tom Joyner’s radio career.
The time is a long time ago in a big windy city. Walt Baby Love had became large and in charge. As Walt looked down his Jock roster, he was not impressed. Walt started to cut and fire. Although Tom Joyner was doing the morning show at the Chicago radio station, Walt slapped him back to over nights.
Rumor has it that Walt did not like Joyner radio style and thought he was crap. For some reason, Joyner was able to escape being fired and still keep his job at the station. When a Jock worked over night doing those times, he or she had to do everything and know everything. Doing this time at over nights, it is speculated that Joyner came up with the fly jock theory and formed his company Reach Media.
The rest is history. Although Baby Love is a legend himself, Joyner set back may have turn out to be a blessing.
