The Broadcasting industry may sound like fun and party time to the listener but to the people that work day to day, the broadcasting industry is a ruff and tumble life. There so much drama going on behind the scenes it will make you laugh , cry and say what the heck.

Well, Ipower management fired most of the DJ and hired new ones. Although the news ones have not settle in yet, drama is on the rise. One management person has been called a racist. TT Torrez has been labeled a jump off and a willing one at that. One can see how much drama is behind the fire of all the old DJ and the hiring of new ones. Although some people numbers do not lie, the people in the profession feel it is programming and not the DJ.
Zemira Jones is gone from radio one . Some say he spent millions on a talk show project that did not return and revenue.
Music artist want the radio industry to pay fee for the music they play. This has been presented to the US congress.
