BET Honors caught by paparazzi

Many people are unaware that BET plans to host it's BET honors event in the District Of Columbia. Lucky for the local paparazzi, they were made aware of the event months ago. It appears some celebrities were just walking around as they prepared for the show to be tape on December 12, 2008. The event will be aired some time in February of 2008. There are pictures below of a few people that got caught such as NeYo and Cedric the Entertainer along with members of the BET family.
