Is O’Malley backing away from Education

O’Malley made a promise to education. One can remember when politicians would wait until they have taken office to break promises or pipe dreams sold. O’Malley might delay millions in school funding according to the Washington Post. The reason for the delay is because O’Malley or the State of Maryland has a 400 million short fall. At this point in time, no one knows if this wolf call is just an attempt to focus on new revenue options the state is seeking. Once O’Malley starts the day to day , everyone will know his future plans and if he plans to keep any more promises.
