Nicole Kidman the famed actress has been called to court. The case is related to a defamation of character of a photographer. The photo guy had story written about him in the Sun Herald. The story alleged that Fawcett, the photographer, was not liked much by his peers and the people in the entertainment industry. Although Fawcett was brought up on charges for planting listen devices outside Kidman's home, the chargers were dropped and the cased closed. The suit is still in court currently.
