Jay Z a hip hop Icon has a small tour to help promote his new album. The tour is not even in 20,000 above arenas. Jay Z is touring dive bars and small venues such as Rams head live in Baltimore. Jay will be in Baltimore on November 9 ,2007. Jay Z raps that he is the king but promoters are treating him like a rookie. Although Jay wears two hats one as CEO and artist, he is not an actor like a lot of hip hop artist theses days. Jay is basically involved in music . People are asking is the album hot or not. This may explain the small tour sites.
