Tim Watts is best known as long time Radio Host in Baltimore,MD. He is not known as the man that allegedly turned Oprah Winfrey out. This is according to Kitty Kelly's new book about Winfrey. Allegedly, Winfrey did the crazy woman's dance. She dove on the hood of Tim Watts' car begging not to leave her. He was driving away and going him to his wife.
