A serial killer is on the loose in the dmv area. He has attacked black males after asking them for help with car or help in general. This man is described as a white male in his late 20 or early 30. He is at least 6 feet tall with a heavy or muscular build. He todate has stabled 30 black men and from the stabbings 10 are estimated to have died. This person has struck in Flint, MI ,Ohio,leesburg, va and canada.
