Is the Red Cross run like the mob?

America has many charitable causes and, these causes have over head. People sometimes wonder if enough money gets to where it is suppose to go during these high profile crisis. For example, during the Haitian earthquake the Red Cross collected alot of money but , people feared that money did not all goto the Haitian country to help out. The Fugee member name Praze brings light to this issue and , he talks about the problens in Haiti, and solutions to fix the problems in Haiti.
