WellPoint Best Company for Blacks in Technology

WellPoint, Inc. (NYSE: WLP) is pleased to announce that it has received the 2010 Best Company for Blacks in Technology Award from the National Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA) and WorkplaceDiversity.com. WellPoint was one of just 14 companies to receive the award.

BDPA, a national organization, is the premier organization for African Americans in Information Technology (IT). Founded in 1975, BDPA is celebrating a 30-year commitment to closing the digital divide.
