Why is Debra Lee selling her home?

Debra Lee the CEO of BET and Centric is selling her 10 million dollar home. Lee has lived in this home for more then 10 years now but , she is putting it up for sale. People are hoping it is not in foreclosure. There appears to be a large structure being built behind her current home which use to be her land. She maybe building a new home and selling the old. At this point in time, this is not known. The gossip world is check the court records to see if Lee's home is in foreclosure.
