Chris Brown should be charged for his action against Rihanna but , he should receive far punishment. Today, the American court system showed the world how Black men are treated in front of the justice system. They are treated like the N word.
Chris Brown was a first time offender but was treated like a repeat offender. Although Chris Brown maybe happy not to be in jail , he knows his social status now. He is no more then just a n word after this event. For example, if one were to check the court records for similar low profile cases, you would not see the type of sentence that Chris Brown received.
One should look into the judges background or ambitions to verify her motives. By this , one can assume she has to look tough on a high profile case and use this a stepping stone for future gain.
