D Angelo witness comes up missing

Although D'Angelo, whose government name is Micheal E.Archer, plead guilty to drug and drunk driving charges, he was slapped on the wrist by the Virginia court system. The prosecutor stated the case was weak because the passenger did not show up for the court date. This was the case only witness in the chargers besides the arresting officer. All D'Angelo fans must be happy . He can now get an album out and go out on tour and lose that weight he packed on doing his mini retirement.
