Who made the mistake at DC METRO?

On June 22,2009, Washington , DC Mass Transit system or WMATA experienced a very painful mistake. Two trains ran into each other. All the Fort Totten community heard was a big boom and , a few seconds later learned the cause of the loud sound in the very stable neighborhood in the District of Columbia.
To date, there are 7 people dead and 50 treated for injuries. Streetroachpics.com was able to capture video and pictures of the Fort Totten Metro train accident. This mass transit accident has reminded the WMATA riders that this could have easily been any of them or ,their family members. Witness told stories of the people walking away and describe everyone walking was limping and moving very slowly and confused.
