Anit no party like a Tracey Morgan party

Tracey Morgan is best known for his roles on Saturday Night Live and a few Hollywood movies. Tracey recently was accused of having a drinking problem. He has been wearing an alcoholic shackle on his ankle. This shackle is suppose to monitor Morgan's alcohol level based on his probation agreement. According to DeDe McGuire on the Doug Banks morning show, Morgan was in Vegas drinking and parting with his shirt off. People say once Morgan's shirt goes off. He is toasted. Morgan claims he was drinking Red Bull but allegedly others say it was vodka.
The New York Post called the company that is monitoring Morgan and , the company stated that Morgan has not had any alcohol in his system . Many think Morgan has put butter on his ankle to throw off the shackle's monitoring ability.
