Roland Martin runs disorganized ship

To many of you ,Roland Martin may be the a new world in your mouth. If you are not in Chicago, you may not have heard of the Chicago Defender. This a historical newspaper targeted towards the African American Community. Roland Martin was the top Editor at the paper. Martin has many credits to his name. Recently, Martin was able to generate 400k in ad revenue for the paper by doing a lose weight campaign for the city of” Chitown”. Martin managed the newspaper but at what cost. The previous Editor was Peral Stewart but the challenge was too great for this person. Well as the pages of life turn and a person is able to seek new roads to travel, they always leave their legacy behind. According to Black Press Magazine, Martin legacy is a management style no one else can follow. It appears Martin is leaving many projects behind that only he had detail insight too. This may hurt the papers image and others that work there. DC Liver a fellow journalist made the following quote. “Martin started many programs and projects that may put the paper at a disadvantage, now that he is not around to handle it. “He introduced things and ran them himself but there may not be a way for the staff to maintain what he did,”
