Denzel Washington the Oscar winning actor had to learn to relax. Before he reached 40, he claims that he was always worried about something and his health may have been suffering from the stress. Denzel came to the conclusion at 40 that he had a nice life and should not worry so much. Washington added that at 50 life was just as good and , he has more understanding of life and, the way that he fits into it.
